Ordering & Shipping
- When should I place my order?

Gaga’s recommends ordering 2 weeks before your event. This allows enough time
for your order to arrive with plenty of time before your event, probably about 10 days. Then, after your special
occasion, you'll still have at least a week to return the item(s) so that you're not rushed. Please see
our Order Timeline for more details.
- How soon will I get my items?
-
Orders placed before 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, will usually ship that day via UPS.
Please view the map on our Order Timeline page to view UPS Ground delivery times for
your area.
Gaga’s will email you when your package ships from our Chicago warehouse, so you’ll know when to expect it.
- How much is shipping?
- UPS Ground shipping shipping is FREE on all orders over $40.00.
- For orders less than $40.00, a shipping charge of $6.00 is applied. All rental orders include a pre-paid mailing label for returning the items to Gaga's.
- Can I get them faster?

If you need your items even faster, there is the option during checkout to have your
order sent via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air. There is an extra fee for this service, but if you have
to get the perfect outfit fast, it's a great option. (Plus, think about how much you're already saving
by doing the smart thing and renting instead of buying!)
- Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at this time.
We do hope to offer service to Canada in the future.
Advance Ordering
- Can I place my order in advance?
Gaga’s accepts Advance Orders for our most popular items, including all suits and tuxedos, our Petal-Perfect Flower Girl Dresses, our Classic Satin A-line Dresses, shoes, and accessories. Place your desired items in your cart, and check the "Schedule Your Delivery" section at the top of the Shopping Cart page.
- If your order is eligible, you may click on "Advanced Ordering" and then enter the date on which your event occurs. Gaga’s will ship your order two weeks prior to the date you entered, so you will receive it in plenty of time.
- Why aren't all items available for Advance Ordering?
- Gaga’s offers Advance Ordering on only those items for which we can guarantee availability. Some items in our catalog have limited availability since they have been discontinued by the manufacturer, or cannot be obtained quickly should the size you need be unavailable as your event approaches.
Sizing
- How do I know if something will fit?
We understand that renting something you can't try on might be a bit unnerving, whether from a paper catalog or online. Because we carry dozens of lines, there is no set answer to questions about "do items run large or small", since each manufacturer is different. When available, Gaga’s posts the manufacturer Size Charts; if a Size Chart is available for an item, there will be a link to it in the upper right corner of the "Size and Fit" part of the item's detail page. If you don't see a Size Chart link, you can call us and we can measure a particular outfit for you.
- What if something arrives and doesen't fit?
- If you order an item and it doesn't fit when it arrives, give Gaga’s Customer Service a call at 1 (888) GAGAS-88 and we'll do what we can to help resolve the problem. Often we can ship a replacement item one size larger or smaller in time for your event. Please note that in the case of reshipments, Gaga’s will charge a shipping and handling fee of $5 per item for the reshipment. When you are ready to return your items, just pack the extra item in the return box with the original items.
- Does Gaga’s offer alterations, or may I have Gaga’s items altered?
- Unfortunately, no. To keep our prices low, Gaga’s rental garments are available in standard sizes and cannot be altered, so that they may be rented to future customers.
Garment Care
- What if it comes out of the box wrinkled?
- When your item arrives, unpack and unwrap it and hang it as soon as possible. Items are packed in such a manner as to minimize wrinkles, but if there are creases that don’t smooth out by hand, try hanging the garment in a closed bathroom while the shower is running as hot as possible for about 15 minutes. Often, the steam from the shower will make it possible to smooth out a garment by hand. If there are still problem creases, check the product’s Use and Care information on Gagas.com for instructions on how to press it if necessary.
- What should I do if something gets dirty?
- If an item gets stained, please call Gaga’s Customer Service at 1 (888) GAGAS-88. Depending on the item and the type of stain, we might ask you to pre-treat it or to have it professionally cleaned to avoid letting the stain set. If we ask you to have something professionally cleaned, we will reimburse you twice the amount you spend as a Gaga’s credit for any future orders. Please see the Terms of Use for more details.
- What should I do if something gets damaged?
- If an item gets damaged (for example, a seam rips or a piece of decoration comes off) return it to Gaga's as normal. We will assess the damage and, if possible, repair it. If you return a Petal-Perfect Flower Girl Dress that is damaged such that it is necessary to replace the layers of tulle netting, your account will be subject to a $15.00 repair fee. Returning Items
- How do I return items when I’m done?

Gaga's will include a prepaid UPS Return Shipping Label in the box with your order. Simply
put the item(s) back into the shipping box that the item's arrived in and seal the package securely. Be
sure to affix the prepaid mailing label. If your business has daily UPS pickup, simply hand it to your UPS driver.
Or, bring your package to any one of thousands of convenient drop-boxes or service locations.
- What if my Return Shipping label or mailer is lost?

If you have lost the pre-paid UPS shipping label that was included with your order, please contact Gaga's Customer
Service at 1-888-GAGAS-88. In most cases, we can mail you a replacement UPS label to use in returning your package.
- What if I need to keep something longer?
You may extend your rental term for an additional week for 40% of the 3-week rental fee. To do so, just sign in to the Gaga's website and go to the "Your Account" section. Click on the "Your Rental Items" tab and look for the "Extend Rental" button for the desired item. Follow the on-screen directions to extend your rental.
Purchasing/Keeping Items
- What if I want to buy an item instead of rent?

Every rental item has a Retail Price shown crossed out above the rental price. To
purchase a new, unrented item for the Retail Price shown, call Gaga's at (888) GAGAS-88 and we'll
verify if we have a new unit available. You'll get the same special treatment every Gaga's customer gets,
including UPS ground shipping which will get your purchase to you in about 3 – 4 days.
- I love it too much to send it back – how can I keep it?
Great! We’re glad you like it! To keep something, sign in to the Gaga’s website and go to the “Your Account” section of the site. Click on the “Your Rental Items” tab and look for the “Keep It” price for the item you wish to purchase. Follow the on-screen directions to purchase the item.
Special Requests
- What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
- If you can’t find the item you want, Contact Gaga’s and let us know what you need. We have great relationships with over 50 suppliers, and can often get new items in less than a week. If there’s a color or a style you’re not seeing on the site, let us know and we’ll do whatever we can to help.
- Can I get a different colored vest/tie/cummerbund with my tuxedo?
- Yes. All of our color tuxedo accessories are available to add to your order as additional items. Our tuxedos are always rented as complete sets, so you will receive the original accessories along with your additional items.
- Gaga's is constantly producing tuxedo accessories such as bowties, Windsor ties, cummerbunds, and vests in new and exciting colors. But if you don't see the color you want in our collection, please Contact Gaga's and let us know what you're looking for.
Club Gaga's
- What is Club Gaga's?

Club Gaga's is a program that rewards you with Club Gaga's Points
for every dollar spent on Gagas.com (excluding sales tax and Express Shipping charges).
For every dollar you spend on Gagas.com, you'll earn one Club Gaga's Point.

Accrued points may be redeemed for Gaga's Gift Certificates,
which can then be applied to future Gaga's rentals or purchases. You can keep your Gaga's
Gift Certificates, or give them to a friend!

How do I know how many Club Gaga's Points I have?

- Do I need to enroll in Club Gaga's?

Nope! Any customer who places an order on the Gagas.com website
automatically receives Club Gaga's Points when their order ships.
Gift Certificates
- How do I use my Gift Certificate?

Browse for items and add them to your cart as usual. During checkout, when entering your billing
information there is a "Gift Certificate Code" field where you may enter the code that came with
your Gift Certificate. The dollar amount will automatically be deducted from your order total.
- What can I use Gift Certificates for?

Gaga's Gift Certificates may be applied to the purchase or rental of any items on the Gagas.com
website. Gift Certificates can also be used for expedited Air Shipping charges and sales tax on orders.”
- If I don't use the full value of my Gift Certificate, what happens to the balance?

Your Gift Certificate will retain any remaining balance, and may be used multiple times.
On future orders, simply enter the same code and any remaining balance will be used for your order.
You may check the balance on your Gift Certificate on the
Gift Certificate page.
- Does my Gift Certificate expire?

No, Gaga's Gift Certificates never expire!
- Why do I have to enter a credit card number if I'm using a Gift Certificate?

Every order placed on Gaga's requires a valid credit card on file. While we do not hold a security
deposit when you place a rental order, the credit card serves as your guarantee of returning the
items in good condition.
