Order Timeline
Orders placed before 3pm Central time on weekdays will often ship the same day if they do not contain any Gaga's Originals items.
Please note that Gaga's Originals Items (including Petal-Perfect Flower Girl Dresses, Sweetheart Dresses, Perfect Rose Dresses, Classic Satin A-Lines, and Custom Color Tux Accessories) may require a few additional days to ship. All orders ship via UPS Ground. The map below shows approximate shipping times from our Chicago warehouse.
Gaga's doesn't start counting your 21 (or 42) day rental term until you receive your items, to make sure you get the full rental term. You do not have to send back your items until the last day of your rental.
We recommend ordering about 2 weeks before your event (for a 3-week rental) That means you would order TODAY for an event occuring on or about THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11. Depending upon where you live, you will receive your items about 10 days before your event. Then, after the event, you'll have another 10 days or so before you are required to send back your rental items, so you don't have to worry about rushing to send everything back.
Need your items even faster? There are options during checkout to have your order sent via our 2nd Day Priority Service or Next Day Priority Service. There is an extra fee for these services, but if you have to get the perfect outfit fast, it's a great option. Selecting either of these services will move your order to the top of our Packing and Production work lists, and will ensure your order is sent via a UPS service guaranteed to get it to you in either 2 days or overnight. (Note that UPS normal delivery days are Monday through Friday; 2nd Day and Next Day services will not be delivered on Saturdays.)
Please note: UPS is the global leader in on-time delivery, however, Gaga's cannot offer refunds for items which do not arrive in time for your event. If you absolutely must have something soon and are not ordering with the recommended two week lead time, you should consider upgrading to one of the Priority Service options during checkout.
